New Report Finds Benefits from Plug-in Hybrids

Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) just released a comprehensive report on plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). This piece assesses the potential to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and improve ambient air quality.
